Our commitment to those in need includes monthly service in the Gaithersburg soup kitchen, “The Lord’s Table.” Come and help with cooking on the third Thursday of the month between 1 and 3:30 pm, or with serving and clean-up between 3:30 and 5 pm in St. Martin of Tours Church.
Gaithersburg Help and Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless
Several times a year we collect canned and dried food for the local food pantry, Gaithersburg Help. Hearing of shortages in these difficult economic times, during the past Advent season we also organized a town and church food delivery of hot breakfast casseroles to the MCCH shelter, and collected donated gifts for residents there.
